Kenneth B. Frank has been a lawyer since 1990, practicing Family Law and Criminal Defense throughout much of California. With offices in Santa Clarita and Palmdale, his primary courts are in the Antelope Valley, Santa Clarita Valley, and San Fernando Valley, with a significant number of appearances in all of Los Angeles County, as well as Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Bernardino, and Kern Counties.
Mr. Frank’s education includes a Doctor of Jurisprudence and a Bachelor of Science in law from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law where he graduated as the Salutatorian of his class and was a quarterfinalist in the Moot Court competition. He was active in the Delta Theta Phi law fraternity, serving one year as Dean of the Jefferson Senate, and was awarded the Outstanding Senior Award for his efforts in support of the administration and his dedication to helping other students.
On October 1, 2003, the Law Offices of Kenneth B. Frank opened with the concept of providing assistance to those with limited funds and/or less involved legal needs. Clients may choose a flat fee alternative to the more expensive path of full representation by an attorney in court, or when clients need or desire total involvement by counsel, Mr. Frank has the experience to serve those needs, as well.
Mr. Frank believes in the statutory mandate that in Family Law matters the parties and their counsel should cooperate to keep the cost of litigation down. His commitment to his clients is to diligently represent their interests at a fair cost.
